For those who are not familiar with the RMIL debacle, it may be of interest to know that the lawsuit refrain was started by Riley et al, just prior to the SEC halting trading in the stock. Seems like it's always a last ditch effort by those whose have run out of excuses as to why their promises haven't come to fruition.
