My analytical sources tell me that Texas Instrments strong numbers, mainly DSPs sales (to Nokia presumably), were what led Nokia up 10-11 points today. I can't f'ing believe that MSFT blows the street away
74cents v est 59cents up 74% on 5 billion in revs and Nokia is moving as much as Microsoft without an announcement. Either the Finnish can't keep a secret, which is the only reason I can fathom for Nokia's stock to decline immediately after last quarter's massive upside surprize, or there is some good conclusive data to be drawn from the TI #s.
Hey Tero when's a good month to visit Sweden and Finland???
I hade to comment on the market but we have come along way and internet stocks broke today, sentiment is at multi year highs in bullishness, and Microsoft closed weaker on blistering numbers. It
feels like we're topping out, and since it feels like slick willy is going to remain in office we may have reached the top of the Wall of worry, bull market are known to climb. Ciao
