Another thread alert (I'm such a giver!) -- SDMT news after 11am.

Will make it's third run at breaking $4 1/8. Third time's a charm. Nothing holding it back after that.

Expecting more news in weeks to come.

TeleServices International Group Teams With the
Tampa Bay Lightning and the Ice Palace to Form
Revenue-Sharing Partnership Using the MusicCard

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 20, 1999-- TeleServices
International Group, Inc. (OTC BB:TSIG), announced today a partnership agreement with the Tampa Bay Lightning of the
National Hockey League and the 19,500-seat Ice Palace to generate revenue and raise funds through the sale of customized
MusicCards. The collectible MusicCards enable the purchasers to purchase all CDs at discounted prices. The Ice Palace is
both the home stadium of the Lightning and a multi-purpose entertainment facility hosting more than 140 events per year.
TeleServices will provide the Lightning and the Ice Palace with customized MusicCards for Lightning home games and other
events at the Ice Palace.

The agreement provides that TeleServices and the Lightning Ice Palace will share in the revenues from all MusicCard sales
generated at Lightning home games, as well as concerts and other events held at the Ice Palace. In addition, MusicCards will
be sold to benefit the Lightning Foundation and other charities.

TeleServices, a fully integrated provider of outsourced teleservices, provides the MusicCards and CDs through its wholly
owned subsidiary Compact Connection, Inc. Compact Connection sells CDs and cassettes online via its website
(http://www.compactconnection.com) at discount prices competitive with other leading online music retailers such as
MusicBoulevard (Nasdaq:NTKI - news), CDNow (Nasdaq:CDNW - news), K-Tel (Nasdaq:KTEL - news), and
amazon.com (Nasdaq:AMZN - news). Unique to the Internet is Compact Connection's MusicCard, which enables purchasers
to buy CDs at even greater discounted prices.

In addition to serving as the home of the Lightning, the Ice Palace hosts more than 140 events per year as a multi-purpose
entertainment facility hosting such events such as concerts, ice shows, basketball, rodeo, circus, indoor soccer and lacrosse,
arena football, and trade shows. Completed in the fall of 1996, the Ice Palace is considered one of the premier sports facilities
and concert venues in the United States.

Phil Esposito, former NHL hall-of-famer and now a consultant to TeleServices, stated: ''We are very excited about teaming up
with the Tampa Bay Lightning and the Ice Palace. We think the MusicCard is going to be great for sports promotion and for
fund-raising for our favorite charities. We are already talking to other NHL teams.''

Added Robert Gordon, Chairman of TeleServices, ''We are thrilled about our new partnership with the Tampa Bay Lightning
and the Ice Palace. With the able help of Phil Esposito, we are looking to expand the MusicCard to other NHL teams and then
to football, baseball and other pro sports. Because the MusicCards are collectible and offer great value to the consumer, they
are a natural for sports promotion.''

Joe--I just noticed that PDCI had a 40/1 reverse split. Is this still a stock to hold? Also, what about Ltgld? Myron
