Who wants GUMM? I do. I do.

Sorry for the play on the old Trident commercial, but I couldn't resist. This stock has momentum and seems to have some unique advantages (FDA approved machinery, patented technology, etc.) in the field.

This is certainly a good way to deliver medicines - via oral absorption. Sometimes oral absorption is the fastest way available to patients (for example, nitroglycerin delivered in pill form under the tongue) and is convenient. So far, gum has been used for smoking cessation - it is common, becoming accepted and has been helpful to many patients. You just have to remember to share it only with people who have your same prescription...

The ability to have a proprietary delivery systems and contractual agreements allows for a broader, effective customer base. Researchers are looking for ways to deliver medicine that are "patient-tolerant", and many noncompeting types of medicines can be potentially packaged by the contractor (GUMM).

The small float is attractive, too.

GUMM - hope it sticks (sorry again for the puns).
