Bigwave, Tom may be diluting because the deal on the 5M installments has not gone through. He could always buy shares back later and reduce the outstanding. With the shipment to Saudi and distribution here, money should be coming in. Maybe Tom will not need the loans? Maybe he will not need anything more than a line of credit? I agree, the dilution will probably stop soon!
