Rick: There may be some justification(s) for waiting to sue Ledoux. However, I doubt that money is one of them. Assuming the case against Ledoux is strong (as it appears to be based on the facts available to us) then a competent attorney would represent Naxos on a contingency fee basis.

I agree that the proof will be in the recovery.

I disagree with your statement that "the money is not the issue..." I invested SOLELY to make money. I did not invest in Naxos to provide seed money for some public benefit. I invested with the goal of getting a good return on my money. I bet that is also why you invested your hard earned money.

Haven't been following the thread for a while. What proof is in the offing? Is the company awaiting a COC bulk sample? How do you come by the information? JLA
