Using cash to buyback shares is a good strategy if one thinks the shares are undervalued, a point which IMO we agree. I thought that the buyback program had been authorized, executed, and is now over. Please correct me if this is not accurate.

You have described one of possibly many strategies which may work for Deswell. I would like to see them do something. Some of the printed circuit business is more lucrative than others, for example small flexable boards for cell phones. On that note it would be nice to see a customer like Nokia or Erricson go to Deswell for casings.

Do you know for sure that they have been buying shares? It seemed to me that the company was providing support, but I wasn't sure.

My big question is 'Who's selling?'.
