Off topic. Heads up, people!

Check out the following from this company's web page:

stvinc.com

The new highway bill will pump $218 billion into the economy over the next six years.

The float on this company (STVI) is miniscule, about 300,000, even after a 2 for 1 stock split in April of last year. If they're smart, they should be contemplating another split sometime this year.

Be on the train when this one pulls out of the station. Now trading at just over $8.

If you're looking for another highway bill play, don't forget GX, also now trading at just over $8.

And even better (but more expensive) highway bill play is TXI, currently trading just over $26. They have a huge market share of all the cement sold in Texas and California, two of the biggest benefactors of the new government teat. Also big in structural steel. Should easily get back to 52-week high of $68.25.

In the interest of full disclosure, I'm now in all three.

I've been wondering where all those dumped shrs were going. Blackie
