The percentages do remain the same after a split but what about all the options and warrants and who knows what else they could issue themselves after a split. As long as they continue to hold a majority of the stock I think they can do whatever they want. I am by no means an expert in this subject but I've seen a few companies do something like this.

It is the very fact that the authorized shares doesn't change, that puts JV back into the "percentage ownership" game since he can then issue himself a majority.

IMO, the truly scarey thing about an RS with this company (and ANY OTC company for that matter) is that post-split they typically become prime targets for shorters and share price erodes almost immediately leaving you with, as I said by example a few posts back... 30 shares worth .27 each....

Worse still, the level of non-credibility this company has achieved in the market will only be fuel to the fire as the deathspin started by shorters will quickly snowball into a full-scale route of all investors, and a long-term, maybe even permanent residue of disgusted, disgruntled ex-investors who clog every MPTV chatboard every day scare away any newbies that may have been willing to take a chance with the "new and seemingly harmless" opportunity presented by MPTV.
