Paul, Judy and All -

I quite agree that the party is just beginning. And what a party it will be! In particular, our new management can throw a party that is so different from -- and so much better than -- what the old, deposed and discredited management could throw. Here's what I mean.

1. Rhodes & the Rhodies seemed to believe that, if we saw some promising results from a compound in our TCM library, people would bring buckets of cash to the Company. It didn't happen, of course. Bernie has an actual business plan, and real partners, with real cash. Both Roswell Park and Southern Research Institute have experience in patenting, clinical trials, and FDA drug approval. Instead of waiting around for something to happen (which never did), we have Roswell and SRI scientists partnering with Paracelsian scientists, moving forward on drug development.

2. Rhodes & the Rhodies relied upon Dow to market Ah-Immunoassay - which they didn't. Bernie is executing a business plan to market that product. As we know from the audio interview, and the 10KSB, a deal is likely in the very near future. Revenues flow into PRLN.

3. BioFIT is all Bernie's. The revenues support ongoing operations. The impact on the stock awaits Scherer, I believe: when THEY (and not us) claim publicly that this is the correct route to assuring bioactivity, and quality, the stock will react.

My view of our world,

Jonathan

Paul:

I thought you heard about Minnie and Mickey breaking up because, as we all know, Minnie is not totally sane. Mickey found this out and broke up with her because she was fuckin Goofy.

HAHAHA.

Judy

to tell you the truth paul, i love the mouse step upward movement of the stock here
we are avoiding the big surge with its attendant sell-off for the more solid, slow, steady movement up
of course the mm's (market makers) on the BB are horrendous, often taking 10% or more on the spread so it would help progress to get back to NASD, where the mm's are certainly bad enough, but not as bad as the BB
i am concerned that the BB mm's will be happy to try to keep prln there as long as possible for additional milking and i hope all the good developments will bring in a strong hand to take things out of the control of the BB mm's and get the stock to the price level it deserves which would also return it to qualification for NASD re-listing
