No insider action recently (that's been posted). There was a lot of selling going on in the early part of last year however.

Currently this stock looks like it's in a steady rise (from 2) that is slacking off. Volume is tapering off. Looks like it has recent resistance around 3.5. MACD is currently bullish.

Rumors -
There have been some major rumors flying around on this stock since the late December pop. Looks like many are thinking that this issue is being accumulated for a possible buyout. One person has recently mentioned Waterhouse as the buyer (according to her source).

Also, PQT recently created a separate division for PCquote.com. (news here - biz.yahoo.com ) this has some people believing that a spinoff IPO announcement could be what's brewing.

To me, it does appear as if something is up. They talk over on the PQT thread like we talk about ASCT. *g* There has been some large blocks traded recently and volume has been heavy.

Proceed at your own risk.

Tony B

TJ: ASCT

So it just may not drop again? Of course, 4 1/2 from this morning looks good now! Looking to buy some more. Thanks MMK

BTW, where do you get your tic info from when quote.com is down?

Trade - Bought 300 more ASCT at 4 3/4. Was trying to get 400 for under 4 1/2, but no joy. Brings my total to 800 shares. And still I hunger for more. *g* But alas, I have no cash.

Tony B

ASCT: Those big blocks looked like sells.

Stock absorbed the volume pretty easily....
