PHOENIX--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 20, 1999--ComputerPREP, one of the world's largest providers of technology

The CIW Internet skills certification program develops and substantiates the premiere set of Internet skills for corporations and

The partnership announced today will expand the market for CIW preparatory courses to include academic institutions.
ComputerPREP President Pete Buswell explained: ''The CIW courses are a perfect complement to the ComputerPREP
World Class Technology Learning Curriculum. With these products, an educational institution ensures that its students will be

ProsoftTraining.com Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Jerry Baird noted: ''We are excited that ComputerPREP has
chosen ProsoftTraining.com as its partner. This agreement further strengthens the adoption of the CIW certification as the
premier credential for Internet professionals.''

encompass the largest group of Internet professionals globally.

ComputerPREP will initially offer 42 CIW courseware titles. In addition, ComputerPREP offers learning and assessment
