I've read a few chapters out of the book - possibly enough to get the main idea. Dent stipulates that Japan's demographic is a flip-side of ours and that just as the US starts to tank, Japan will be flying. The only problem I have with that is how much will the US stock market drop affect the Nikkei? Quite possibly, very much. If we stop buying, then Japan suffers since we are their largest consumer (I think;-)

No hang fully in stock until about 2008-2009 then sell everything or transfer to bond for a longer period. It will be ungly. Now this is if you want to invest just in the US
