I hate to be negative, but we will see the 50's again. I figure it will be another buying op! I think H&Q is a legitamate downgrade. As analyst's go they are pretty good. I think Q still has yet to turn the corner, and is a few quarter's away from being a serious investement. I thought the numbers were good, not great, and the guidence cloudy. That does not make for a good SHORT TERM investement. I am in it for the long term, so I will sit and wait!

Tony Thornley noted in the conference call that there were offsetting non-recurring items that offset the one-time gain, so the operating result was $0.65. Also, from a mechanical standpoint, even if you choose to ignore the offsetting items, you need to tax affect the gain, i.e. 5.3mm*(1-.32)=3.6mm after tax or 5 cents per share (rather than the 7 cents you calculated).
