NINE:

Try for 9/16. Round numbers and halves are psychological blocks. It's more likely to dip to just above a half than exactly to the half.

I'm still in NINE. It's been trading horizontally for the last hour, but remains strong. I'm hoping for another run to 4 or beyond after 2 PM.
