Even though they have already stated that they will send it to arbritration, rather than dispute the amount? Nope, don't agree. The arbritateur has been used "once" before, he nailed the BC Gov a 100% award to the company for "undue delay in compensation", in addition to "full compensation"!! If they were undue delay....we are doubly undue delay"!! the Chief
