Off TOPIC....Thank you Dr.Harvey.. Perhaps you already know that Astris Energi, a Canadian Company like Ballard, but at different stage in its development has major private sector funding from an American company to move its cold weather fuel cell into production as well..its fuel cell has been tested in a variety of situations and as I have said the alkaline fuel cell has the benefit of over 40 years of use in the Russian space program..which as we know up until recently was the world's leading space program..its certainly worth a look....
