You're right. the 'nothing really new' LA release was in response to some collective bitching on a couple of TAVA threads and nothing more.
I agree with David that the MMs are stowing away a few shares for pre-earnings distribution. Today's action notwithstanding, that's a good sign.
I could be wrong, but I think the fact Microsoft attributed some of it's substantial earnings surprise to their Y2k remediation work bodes well for TAVA and other Y2k issues. Coupled with Clinton's comments, however lukewarm, Y2k is now definitely front-burnered in front of the investment community.
Now it's up to TAVA, Scott, et al, to push TAVA's name at every opportunity.

Dear Hunter: Well if you read or listened to the last CC Jenkins said he wouldnt release any more y2k type contracts unless they were in some way Different. I guess they likely expect to get a lot of Waste Water Contracts which is different than the electrical Utility Contracts so he decided to release. I dont think he would if this was the ONLY waste water contract. JDN
