same way Clinton did, referring to God a half dozen times
President Clinton always gives me the impression that he is very sincere in his religous beliefs. He doesn't push his belief on others but tries to evangalize by example. Much better than Falwell's Believe as I do or go to Hell kind of religion.

Well Bill, somehow when Clinton says "god" its with a lower case g. When Largent says it is upper case and threatening. Thats the way the masses see it Im sure, even though you may not. Can you at least see that people think the republicans have been taken over by a bunch of lunatics and its time to moderate the message a little? Does the republican leadership just not understand this, or do they think there are 100 million fundamentalist Christian voters or what? They should have put on JC Watts and Dunn. Largent is good if he can talk about fiscal matters. People tolerated the fundamentalist Christian stuff 4 years ago but no more. The republicans should distance themselves from that message - I dont understand why they dont do that.
