Denied AGAIN!! Maybe SRCM needs to apply some Vasomax to their stock price. They just can't seem to get it up.

What does this mean now that SRCM has gone below 20. Does it mean that the 30 day clock starts again with regard to their getting more liquidity from the warrant conversions? Would this be a good point to short this one again?
