Benny:

From the perspective of the typical banker, FTU almost can't do a stock deal for CKFR because FTU has no currency. A 20 multiple bank for an infinite multiple Web company? A cash deal is also out of the question: taxes and goodwill are a killer.

Banks are betwixt and between. They need the technology to survive, but only a select few will have the vision to pony up the bucks today and accept the dilution for the next 2 years to be a player 5 years down the road.
