I meant it as a joke. I didn't mean to get philosophical. But While we are there, let me put my two cents in and get everybody upset.

Reagan was a kind and patriotic human being, but his IQ may not have been that high. Clinton, on the other hand, did less harm to the economy than most Presidents - but he is a lousy human being.
