I already wrote covered calls and will lose a fair slug of the position. However, although pmcs appears ahead of itself (in my fundamental world) I continue to believe that pmcs will be a prime beneficiary of the continued build out of global packet infrastructure which includes but is not limited to the Internet. Since I think that PMCS can generate multi-year sustainable growth I won't be selling the balance (or writing additional covered calls). In addition, valuation parameters can change in an environment where inflation is low, interest rates are low and breadth of growth is slowing. In that environment valuations for true growth companies can get and stay quite high. td
