Yes; i believe Gruder is a majority stockholder but refer you to expert Jeff Mitchell who keeps data that i trash. This is not a negative reflection on Jeff; i just trash things because i never want to substitute data for wisdom....besides it was easy to trash alyd info when the ceo kept shooting himself in the foot. It reminds me of TM's post #16084 on stock swap todaY WHEN HE SAID "alyd was a tough love kind of thing" Theere is a inherent game playing on the web and in alyd hoopla which makes supporting this stock difficult...in an earlier post i quoted Sean Kelly's reference to immature mgmt. Just today we had both the hoopla of eold news being republished on yahoo in French as well as the hostile takeover rumour which is not possible. Papillon, Bob Gruder owns about 7 million shares of Alydaar and there are 17.4 million shares out there so he is not a majority owner.
