wetherell's comments, other than citing the 8% growth/month in industry as basis for value of inet stocks, was wholly underwhelming and passive. anything but dynamic. he should have handled it proactively as did the ceo of cmgi/raging bull earlier. the latter was dynamite by comparison. i sold at 100 and will buy back in when it dips which i believe all inet stocks will do tomorrow. i smell correction imminent for inets unless cpq or lcos comes out with some fantastic deal like athm/xcit. ibm and others will take spotlight with earnings announcements for remainder of week at expense of internets, aol being the one stock that IMHO will be least damaged.

we're falling because all the inuts are - when i look at two internet indexes : GIN and DOT - i see about a 5%-6% correction so far
