Probably hired them for a billion dollar secondary to dilute the shares outstanding further. Schwartz Communications is old news that I posted about last night. Maybe ROBINSON-HUMPHREY can answer the questions that we have not been getting answers too. Maybe they could start with who the insiders are and how many shares outstanding are there? Does venture capital own any of the stock?
