this dog is dead, just doesn't know it as yet! All typical signs of smelling but of roses are there: The devices exhibit erratic functionality in same sockets, date-codes are old, no new EPROM wafer starts "at these prices", spin-off of divisions, which did recently cost a lot, general lack of consistent quality etc. ... It's over guys, who pays the most for the assets incl. great deals with TSMC?

Where do you get that book value? Latest is $4.68. Being essentially a commodity company and structured like a close corporation, it is hard to make an investment case. No one on Wall Street (1) follows them anymore with good reason. Management seems only accountable to themselves.
I still hold the stock and I keep hoping Jimmy Lee will raise the priority of the company's long suffering owners, the shareholders.
