Any comments on the selling of Netwinder? How about the deal with Wang? How about the earnings? They delivered what they promised, is that enough to go higher from here?

Cheers
frank

10 Cents looks good, but . . .

Revenue DOWN 3.8mm or 5.4% from previous quarter.
COGS remains FLAT
Advertising UP 4.1mm or 54.7%
SG&A up slightly 787m
R & D down 4.95mm or 29%

BIG worry, Corel increased advertising by almost 55% yet sales go DOWN! Instead of putting the R&D savings (4.95mm)into advertising (4.1mm) they should have put it in the BOTTOM line. That 4 million was worth almost 6 cents a share. Don't you think 16 cents would have look a lot better than 10 cents?

Good, solid, positive news. Note that 10 cents U.S. = approx 15 cents CDN, therefore assuming 4
similar quarters.... 4 X 15 = $0.60/year earnings...

@ P/E of 10X >> target CDN$6.00/sh
@ P/E of 15X >> target CDN$9.00/sh
@ P/E of 20X >> target CDN$12.00/sh

IMO, we go up from here, with $10/sh well within reach over the next few months.
