Bobby,

Hello. Thanks for recognition. I think it will be between
98 to 105 for a few weeks and then sometime between March and
June rocket up to 120 and beyond by mid-to-late summer. I
estimate a split during this time. I'll go out on a limb
and say it will split twice within 24 months. I'm a little
euphoric right now so take this with a grain of salt.

Look for a possible 10% brief correction or two within this
scenario. Again, just a guess.

How many square feet will your beach house have? One on Gulf
and a second in California?

Big question: Will Y2K Jitters cause investors to sell off later
this year. This is the wild card. Something to ponder. If they
do, it'll come back when everybody wakes up on the 1st and the
world has not ended, so I suspect, however.
