What's up? Michael, I spoke recently with two different investment pro's involved with the stock. I thought the thread might want to hear their comments. The refinancing was very positive and the professionals didn't give the attorney disclaimers much weight. As you may recall, FRB clarified with their statement about "shipping in earnest" after the first of the year. My point was that the December 21 panic selloff was not based on a professional's interpretation of the S3.

Pronichev> I'm not really disagreeing with you but, if we go back to HC's recent post recounting his meeting with FMK, we might have a clue about what's up. If you notice, at least when I ask FMK a direct question I rarely get a reply, I'm certain that my charm hasn't failed on him so I must surmise that I'm asking questions that he can't answer directly. Many times when this happens he becomes more "shrill", I think there may well be information he has to sit on and just wants to signal us obliquely. I might be wrong but it sounds as good as some of the other theories being floated. duckster
