Dear Anaxagoras: Well, what do you think? We've all been waiting for EGGS to report, so that, we could jump on the I-net momentum train. Now, it seems that the momentum has died and that Greenspan plans to do "something" to ensure that the market doesn't continue its frothy ways. On top of that, we're starting to get snippets of "market" info from competitors which raise question marks. I don't know.

ONSL certainly lost sale ground, to who I'm not quite sure although I think some went to EGGS. ONSL was the first to be well known in its area until a bunch came in...I even have these emails from all kinds of auction house. If there is a short supply of refurbish for ONSL now that didn't exsist before, I would think its because there are more ONSLs out there taking it away. And you know how volume work, as ONSL lose ground, the other guys eat it up.

So, what counts now is publicity. And EGGS was named the best for anything that has to do with computer by a national newspaper. Also, MSFT Investor, I believe but not sure, dupped it as the stock of the decade. So certainly, EGGS who had lower sales and was not as popular as ONSL last year has no way to go but up. ONSL on the other hand, was on top but cannot maintain that becaue of the growing competition. Americans certainly bought more computers-new/refurbish, and if ONSL didn't sell it to them, someone else did like EGGS, UBID, etc....

EGGS should report higher sales/revenue. If sales/rev are bad, don't you think management would of hinted already--EGGS mgt dont like to hype in my opinion.

I hope I dont sound like the White House defense team!
