thanks ken that is one of the few solid posts I read on this thread in awhile. but wouldn't you think that only the people that bought in would be at 1.7 would be selling the rest would be holding on to see what happens. I didn't see 10 million shares go out at 1.7

"This stock will have to trade (IMO) over 15M shares at the 4 to 6 cents
range to build a new solid base. If we can do that before real news
comes out, the stock could easily go up 400 to 500% from its present
level."

That would leave me in the black with a nice chunk of change. Whatever you do from here on out, don't pop my balloon.

Somebody e-mail me at .20. If it does hit .20 we owe Dr. Meade an apology--sure she'd be a couple of months late, but when it lines my pocket so what.

Ken: Now a serious look at a stock that was trading at .022 back 6 days ago.

Here is a trade record of this one that I hold and it's allmost a mirror to NPEC.
Outstanding about 85mm. float about the same.

Date close open high low vol.
1/20 .073 .07 .08 .065 4.738.500
1/19 .065 .047 .07 .045 5.550.100
1/15 .050 .040 .051 .040 2.377.400
1/14 .045 .030 .054 .030 4.829.000
1/13 .029 .025 .029 .025 2.078.400
1/12 .022 .027 .027 .022 0.283.400

Look just a little like NPEC??? The low for the year on this one is on 1/12
at .022 and the high for the year was set back in Jan 98 at .17 cents.

See how much voulume it takes to move from .022 to a hold of .04 cents on the
bid??? That would be on the close of 1/15 at .05 cent's with volume of a
total 9,568,600 with the next move to close over .045 on 5.5mm see what type
of volume it takes to move these stocks.

IMO IF YOU WANT OUT SELL IF NOT SIT BACK AND TAKE THE RIDE TO YOUR OUT POINT

This should be fun as the news is not even here on NPEC or the other one.
Ken this was not directed at you. Regards, God Bless....Jim....
