I remember the standing joke on Roger's thread in 1997, when an analyst said about CTXS "just close your eyes and buy." Well, with small enough positions I am comfortable doing that now. I won't win 'em all, but so far I like my batting average.

BTW, CTXS was then about 30 in post-split terms. Now crowding 100.

Lifetime .350 gets you into the Hall of Fame. I figure anything over .500 is a decent score in the market.

GNET trading at 120 after hours (up from close at 116). If memory serves, stocks tend to run after the open on split news, so I will sit and watch. My beloved spouse headed off to SC to visit relatives for a few days. Now I can sit at my PC without guilt. It's cheaper than shopping!
