That very well could be true. But IMO, if you are going long now expecting it to move up a bunch over the next several months, then good luck . . . I think you will need it. Amazon may see 199 again, IMO, in about a year. A lot depends on how much better Amazon does compared to the competition and how much they are able to hold onto their competitive edge (that is the competition edge of buying customers by way of wrapping dollars around each order shipped). If they continue to surprise analysts with higher than expected sales growth, then the stock could very well move up toward the end of next year as a new wave of "irrational exuberance" kicks in. Eventually Investors will start to ask why they can't make a profit even though sales are much larger.

Many of us hope the stock stays highly volitile and has great moves to the upside as well as to the downside. We love it when the stock becomes irrational as long as the trend can be predicted with a margin better than even odds.
