Mr. Seace,

Atlantic interBet has the same relationship with WINR that all the TISS (Cyberbookies) sites do , and that is that WINR processes all financial transactions to and from the casino site at a rate of 4%/transaction both in and out. For instance if you transfer $2000 from WINR to AiB, WINR receives $80. If after playing you are up to $4000 and choose to transfer that amount back to your WINR account WINR receives $160. The problem here is that TISS has been charging this fee back to the customer so if the same numbers were used and you transferred 2000 to a TISS site you would end up with $1920 to gamble with, and if you transferred the $4000 back to WINR you would only receive $3840. In a post I put up a few days ago it included an E-mail from WINR ( David Skinner..CEO) about this explaining that it is not the norm in the industry to charge the fee to the customer and, as WINR had casinos coming on line that would not be doing this he expected that TISS would discontinue this at some point. I am hoping that AiB is one of those that swallows the 4% fee and am very curious if there are some lurking Europeans that are playing AiB through WINR that could report to we American investors if in fact this is the case. If so TISS is probably already feeling pressure to stop deducting the transaction fees from the customer or the will surely start losing traffic. It is important to note that WINR actually charges the consumer nothing for their service . It only bills the casino for the transaction fee charge, but they cannot control whether or not the casino chooses to pass these charges on to the consumer. One of the main reasons WINR will be a huge entity in this business is that their model is much like VISA in that they can unbiasedly represent, and attain perks for, there clients because the players will trust them as they have no financial stake in the net revenue base of any of the merchants they service. The players will surely recognize the advantages this brings them in short order. The same situation applies to E-tailing merchants.

Best Wishes,
Swedelo
