That announcement was what - 3 quarters ago? companies change, their needs change, people change, etc. JJ may have been Mr. Right then, but not lately. Obviously. The changes are good - gets some fresh energy into the picture. I"m optimistic that the announcement of the changes before the announcement are good news - building momentum for earnings announcement. Otherwise, if numbers were bad, they'd point to these guys as scapegoats, and get them out at the conference call.
