A sad day, Am retiring to the conforts of my family for this evening...A poor day on many fronts...As with most humans, I don't like conflict ...

I appreciate the healthy exchange! I agree everyone is entitled to their opinion, that doesn't mean people have to agree with it. Barry doesn't agree with me...ever!! Not even boat preference!!

However, in the post listed below you gave the distinct impression to all of us...that Jan 19th was D-Day!! Some people take this to heart...they don't read beyond the "I have waited months for this day but I will not be around to see the action"
Strangely enough at the end of day the stock sold off, coincidence...maybe!!

the look of the trading pattern today we will see a no material news coming soon... It would appear that the insiders were looking for better news...
I have been in the markets for many years and don't understand this statement, but more importantly it elludes to the fact that you can determine from a trading pattern, that insiders are not happy?? It gives the distinct impression that the "news is not good"?? what news??

All these things create a concern all is not going well, when in fact we are dead in the water until the IP report is done, and BC does whatever it does.
Insiders would not be privy the size of the anomaly until next week, and they sure don't know what BC is going to do!!

I appreciate all opinion, I discourage it whenever someone tries to stop a naysayer or shorter from speaking his peace. That doesn't mean I have to agree with what is being said, nor that you have to agree with me. We can agree to disagree.

I will address your post to me next!

At $100K per hole we could drill 150 holes!!
One problem here Chief!! $100,000 X 150 = $15,000,000.00 No one knows what the settlement will be!!!

The cost to drill 1500 metres (3 holes) in Chile is about 100K, so in actual fact I was giving an example where even $5,000,000 would cover this drilling program. I was being extravagant on the cost per foot to show that we would have enough money to drill many holes, and prove any deposit, unless gargantuous(assuming a good settlement)!

The facts are that we will get "some" settlement from the BC government, how much is the point of dispute!!
Exactly Chief...Dispute or opinion!!!

Dispute, its not my opinion, you said it yourself, when property is expropriated you will receive some compensation, so the amount is the dispute! However, read the bottom of this post!

The facts are the IP is completed, they are now extrapolating it into a 2D/3D model and preparing a report. Mute point Chief!!! We cannot go to market without the darn report!!
When I made the previous statement they were still on the property.(Fact) They are finished the ground work and now have to interpret the data. All part of the IP survey Chief!!

Agreed, bad point on my part...., but again, a half stated statement gives "impression of no progresion"

You said: The insider information is not available but I am aloud to have an opinion of the trading over the past 5 days!!
Yes you are, however, when is trading "not insider trading" using your method?? We have no way of determining whether you are telling us something that is fact or just a guess! Barry comes on this forum, every 28 days and says "insiders are selling", or "10c next", its like he has to visit a set number of threads just so he can get e-mail!!<gggg>

You say $15m and I guess $20M... You state one company got double for unusual delay!!! What is wrong with saying $20mil. I am aloud an opinion...It is still Canada!!
The writ against the BC government is for $15mm, not anymore than that. So people get confused. If they have to go to court, which it appears they won't because of the arbritrateur, then they will likely "up" the amount for the additional 2 years delay...however, the claim is for $15,000,000

Driving the point home, you said:The facts are that we will get "some" settlement from the BC government, how much is the point of dispute!!
The government has said they will accept assessment done by a reputable independant third party. They also said that they would not dispute it, if they didn't like it, they would send it to arbritration! Therefore, the "dispute" will likely be that they don't like the number...end of dispute, it goes to arbritration!

Give all people a chance to state opinions, don't bull yours. I have as much respect for you as anyone on SI, probability more!!!..Give others a little respect too. Don't attack a poster...You are passionate about this stock. State your opinion and leave somebody to have theirs...

Just because I don't agree with the tactics in the last 4 or 5 posts doesn't mean that I don't enjoy opinion. I just don't enjoy one liners that leave people hanging!!

I appreciate you defending your position and have enjoyed the banter!! Its about time we got some life in this thread!! Please feel free to "bash" me for anything I have said here! I have no fear in apologizing for being a dork...its just that you have to prove I am one!!<gg>
