I've heard that before.Three years ago, two years ago, last year and now. When was the last time CSCO undervalued?
About the buy-out, the good ones: Chipcom, Stratacom, Cascade, Bay, now Ascend are all gone. Only bad ones: CS, NN, GDC, FORE, MADGE left. Anyway without a but-out, FORE doesn't have a chance to survive.
