Brady, I'll look into the fixed font box, but I think some of the Freedgar links are tooooooo long. I'll try it with links to the filing index.

The corporate structure is getting complex and it would be helpful to have a diagram. Anyone for a round of "Who's Doing What Where"? Looking for input on the horizontal and vertical alignment of the various entities, who the big dogs are, and on whose porch they are laying. I'll go first:

ZuluGroup.com
CEO

ESVS
R. Chmiel, COO
R. Smith, CFO
R. Mincheff, Pres.

Laptop Solutions
xxxxx

Brands4Less
G. Russell, Pres., CEO

Group Omni-net.com
R. Glassberg, CEO

Zulu-tek
K. Montgomery, Pres.
P. Messina, Sec./Treas.

ZuluMedia
xxxxx

Echomedia
xxxxx

Mediabank
xxxxx

I tried to indent to "represent the convergence under one umbrella of diverse services" but all of the text wants to hug the left margin. Does anyone know how to indent, use columns, or come up with a better layout? I know the above isn't accurate but hopefully you get the picture.

It would be nice to have a clear picture of the hierarchy involved by the time the ZuluGroup CEO is named. The finished product can be put on the Facts board when its done.

Have at it.
