That is sad reading, I could throw in another Bre-X story, but those days are behind me. On Oct 27th Niederhoffer waggered the farm because he had already lost a bundle for his clients, previous to this...he attempted the double-up..which is the curse of death to a daytrader.

I adhere to a maximum loss of 2% of my entire portfolio on one trade, and never exceed it!!

IJ - That first one was sad but I read one of the responses

For those who did not read the links - Some guy says he was trying to sell some stock and shorted by accident but he did not have a margin account so if the broker executed the short then they should not have.
