Ken,

Thanks for the link. It helps show what I was trying to say yesterday about yesterday's volume.

In one day, 70% of the average monthly volume (the last ten months) traded.

Today we had about 40% of the average monthly volume trade in one day. In two days we have seen over 110% of the average monthly volume trade.

These 8M shares that have changed hands will want to hold for higher prices which helps solidify the base at 3.5 to 5 cents instead of a lower base that we had a few days ago.

As long as we have decent volume and a high certainty that we will begin to see news events happening (including positive MDIN news), we can gradually see a higher and higher base and then a break out as the different news events are announced.

Without the news however, NPEC will fall back as day traders lose their patience and dump even at a loss. These guys want immediate gratification.

The reason I am positive this time is that yesterday's volume came out of the blue. To my knowledge, the volume was not due to some online penny stock touter or a mass hype of the stock. It just happened. That tells me that someone(s) think something is about to happen in the next week or weeks.

Let's hope that they are right.

Ken
