Interesting how this thread has been consumed mostly by self-serving arrogant stock-traders, short AND long. I would like to get back to a sensible discussion of the products and patents of Imaginon Inc. which is the holding company for Imaginon.com.
As I understand it, Imaginon Inc did a reverse merger with a dog company (CALP) primarily for the public exposure and NASDAQ listing: A stealth backdoor IPO for a company that didn't qualify YET. Henry Fong told me today that the convertibles are just about all done; yes the float has increased, but not by the magnitude that some on this thread would want us to believe.
I'm not a sophisticated stock analyst but I know good technology and I understand patents. Imaginon has BOTH. The Webzinger 6.0 beta version is proving to be VERY useful.
The interactive video E-commerce aspects of their software is fascinating. The next wave of web technology will depend on it. Imaginon has it and that story is just beginning to get known.
I'm asking for some sensible, rational discussion of the products. Not trading drivel. I've heard the convertibles story too much here already, and that story is over. I've got my 10,000 "free" shares of IMON so if we go to $3, SO WHAT. I'll trade IMON on my on, quietly. I'd like to know more about the webzinger 6.0 and their other software.
I also have heard that some positive press concerning IMON will be available this weekend in Barrons. The webzinger 6 launch is the 29th so it's very likely that we'll hear more news VERY soon. Good news.
