Elio........

By now you should know how the penny game is played. Counting 24 million shares in a penny stock three months ago is ancient news. Who knows what the count is now because they are non-reporting just like our BNEZ. Paul Smith told me something like 30 million a month ago which still can change rapidly in penny stocks. Elio, I told you Smith had told me the Ponderosa deal was off and that's why I didn't buy. Did you ever call him to confirm this? Also the market makers will control the price at the opening. Right now the bid and ask is .0425 by .05 which at 1 for 50 translates to $2.125 by $2.50. Good luck trying to sell at $2.125. You'll never get it from a market maker and the price will probably open much lower and drop rapidly. This is just another example of a non-reporting BB company announcing a reverse split the day before it happens. This reverse still doesn't make sense unless the total share numbers you have is totally wrong because the reverse won't get them even close to a NASDAQ listing. There is a big piece missing from this puzzle. Since I've just lurked here and don't own this stock I'll assume those of you that own MKII will call Paul Smith tomorrow. Remember the new symbol starting tomorrow and lasting 30 days is MKIID.
