I got my news off Bloomberg.

You cannot link to Bloomberg. I suggest you call a broker who has a Bloomberg if you do not believe this.

Has anyone bothered to call the company yet?

230SL, believe whatever you like. I find it much more likely that it's true than not. It makes absolutely no sense to report such a thing if it were untrue.
