"a live broker has to review a trade " should be some changes coming in 1999, & again in spring of 2000. TSE & regulatory authorities( makeup of bodies changing) hopefuly/expect changes coming. Much pressure for change, says Globe & Mail, last fall.

Sounds like a great idea Albert. There should be different classifications for different type of investors. Daytraders should be able to get these rules "bent" in their favour. A decent compromise would be to sign a legal document stating they do not wish to have their trades checked by a broker. Those who don't sign, get it checked. I would most certainly do this.
