It doesn't matter when the news release is as long as everything comes together... I called the company today and they are really excited about what is going on... in reality, just look at what other E-commerce plays have done and compare this to what CMOZ is doing... The action has been spectaculor.... has anyone heard anything specific that they can back up... I have heard about other acquisition...? I have heard about Venture Capital coming into the play...? Actually, I have heard that 1.9 Billion $ is available through Venture Capital firms to invest in Information Technology companies... surely CMOZ can get some... it would be a real bonus for the play...
