My 'professional' (since we all like to consider ourselves 'professionals') reading is that you are very likely wrong, esp regarding the quarter's end. Personally I'd give slightly less than a 50/50 by annual meeting, though there may well be some other announcements which give comfort to holders of the stock.

add, If this were a year ago, I would be inclined to agree with you. However, I believe several customer programs to incorporate Valence batteries into their design started last July or August. Remember it was during the August 12 conference call that Lev stated that they were already discussing "..terms and conditions, pricing and delivery schedules."

Take your time to invest if that fits your schedule. My interpretation is that the 270 employees mentioned before Christmas have been making batteries and thousands were shipped last year.

The time and care to register some 300 patents over a 9 year period indicates that the company has been making preparations to dominate the industry for quite some time. The first three production lines should be able to produce over 250M watt-hours per year and more equipment is on order. Lev indicated that laptop customers are willing to pay $2.50 per watt hour.

Some simple math should indicate that the current share price is very low in view of the indicated outcome. Others may be in the process of figuring this out and sense that positive developments are imminent, as well as inevitable.
