Thanks Frank for the info.

I have been on Aquavie website and read the latest news about AVBC. I was really surprised when I looked at the recent price. I didn't follow this stock since the last run-up from 7 cents to 60 cents. Later I read about the 5/1 reverse split (Ouch!!)

I will do some DD, call the company and find more info about the financing. The company seems to have put a good team together.
