I don't know. Ask StaggerLee. He was here a few days ago and seemed to be in good spirits. MDIN has done all the paper work to be a reporting company. They are doing some positioning behind the scenes that they rather the mining community don't know about quite yet. Reporting is not all that is cracked up to be. Companies can commit fraud whether they report or not. The only scam I was ever invested in was a reporting company! It gives you a false sense of security. I have amassed more info on MDIN by far than any other stock I've invested in. Cheers!

Hey Mark, I'm glad to see that you place a lot of onus on reporting Companies. Maybe you should stick to the VSE, as ALL of those listed Companies are REQUIRED to report everything. Oh btw, so does the ASE, TSE and the ME. And....as we all know these exchanges have had nothing but real, non-fraudulent, reporting Issuers. Hell, folks, let's all go. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I do believe the VSE has had a few Companies that got very close to doing some pretty naughty things.Point is buddy, they're all over the place....it's up to you to feel comfortable about a Company, not just to continuously hack and slash Companies who are trying their utmost to produce a winner, not only for their shareholders but, as well as for itself. You can't feel too good about yourself when you exude negativity all around you. Alas, if you were a shareholder, those feelings would quickly vanish. Have a Great Evening.
