Two Data Broadcasting Insiders File To Sell 452,358 Shs (DBCC) January 19, 1999 13:40 (NewsTraders.com)-- Two Data Broadcasting Corp. (DBCC) insiders registered a total of 452,358 common shares for sale, according to form 144s released Friday after market close by the SEC. Co-Chairman and Co-CEO Alan J. Hirschfield registered 350,000 shares for sale with an aggregate market value of $13,453,125. Hirschfield listed 1/12/99 as the intended date of sale and Merrill Lynch Pierce Fenner Smith as the broker. Hirschfield registered to sell the shares through the Alan J. Hirschfield Living Trust. Executive Vice President Dwight Egan registered 102,538 shares for sale with an aggregate market value of $1,780,000. Egan disclosed his intention to sell the stock through Dain Rauscher Inc. on 1/8/99. Data Broadcasting has about 32,259,505 common shares outstanding.
